Maroubi Creek Camp

This campsite is located by Maroubi Creek with direct access into Tinaroo dam, making it ideal for canoes and kayaks and a short drive into Yungaburra Enjoy a warm fire in peaceful surroundings (some firewood provided) with more available for purchase on a small cattle farm with pigs and chickens. This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet and shower. There is access to a drinking water supply. We have a picnic table for meals. There is room for a large family group in a shady fenced off flat area right on the creek with platypus swimming by. Access is via a cement driveway towards the farmhouse and then through a grassy paddock which is 2 wheel drive accessible when dry. The property is a short drive away from Yungaburra and Lake Eacham. No pets please. Large/long vehicles May experience difficulty in the steep curving drive down to the site.
