Arkarra Lagoons and Tea Gardens

Parks and Gardens

The name Arkarra – meaning “place of many ducks”, was given to the lagoons by Butchulla Aboriginal Elder, Aunty Olga Miller.

Arkarra Tea Gardens is a relaxing café set on two acres of beautifully landscaped gardens.

Lose yourself for a while sipping locally roasted espresso coffee, quality T2 teas or a glass of wine in your own Bali Hut as you listen to the local birdlife.

Indulge in their homemade sweet treats or a scrumptious lunch made by their gourmet chef.

They have a great selection of gluten-free and vegetarian meals as well as catering for the little ones. Let their happy friendly staff serve you and give you a wonderfully memorable experience.

There is plenty of scenery to enjoy as you let the world slip away.

When you are refreshed consider going for a short walk around the adjoining lagoons and take in even more of the natural beauty.

Come and see why it is worth the short drive to visit us at Arkarra Tea Gardens.
