Ride the historic Kuranda scenic train and learn the history and hardships of those that built this incredible train line.

Your visit to The Kuranda village significantly helps the local community.

You are picked up from your accommodation in a comfortable air-conditioned bus max 18 guests you are guaranteed personal service and interesting entertaining commentary.

They have 2 departure times to suit what you are looking for: 8.30 and 11 am.

Travel on the multi-award-winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.

On arrival in Kuranda you’ll be met with the bus and shown around this, ‘Village in the rainforest” famous for its colourful arts and crafts markets.

After approx 2 hours in Kuranda, it’s time for a trip on one of the most spectacular rail journeys in Australia the Kuranda Scenic Railway.

Once you arrive at Freshwater station, we head up the coast to stunning Palm Cove.

You will travel along the palm-fringed Esplanade before enjoying a ‘Palm Cove Sunset’ cocktail/wine/beer/soft drink (at your own expense) then returning to Port Douglas with new memories and friendships at the end of the day together.

Brett’s Kuranda Full Day Tours leave Port Douglas daily at 8.30am. Journey aboard the Kuranda Scenic Railway, free time in Kuranda and return on the multi award winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway before heading home via beautiful Palm Cove for afternoon tea.

Kuranda Budget Tour leaves Port Douglas daily at 11am or 8.30am. Travel to and from Kuranda village with Brett in the bus! Three hours in the village then head home via Palm Cove.

This unique food and wine experience from Port Douglas will be tasting some of the best food and wine that the Atherton Tablelands has to offer. They will take you through a variety of contrasting landscapes from lush rainforest to stunning ochre savannah plains. The rich volcanic soil allows farmers to grow many and diverse crops from Bananas, coffee, sugar cane, avocados, mangoes, macadamia nuts, citrus and more which you will learn about as they taste their way around the regions ‘Food Bowl.’

Sit back and relax , take in the beautiful views as they take you on a fascinating and tasty journey through another gem of Far North Queensland.

Dinner and show experience – Night Fire at Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park.

Journey into the dreamtime for an unforgettable evening of delicious food and world-class entertainment. Take part in a welcome ceremony with drinks and canape’ and share in the celebration of authentic music, chanting and dance, as the world famous Tjapukai performers take to the rainforest stage, followed by a spectacular Fire making corroboree. Enjoy a delicious hot and cold buffet including seafood. The night culminates with an intimate chat with the performers by the fire and the chance to take photos.
