Located on Edward Street in Brisbane’s Central Business District nestled amongst international fashion brands, Hermes, Gucci, Cartier and others is City Winery’s pop-up cellar door and wine experience centre.

Join them for wine tastings, wine experiences or pop in with a group of friends for a glass of wine or grab a bottle on the way home! City Winery’s signature experiences are bookable in advance.

Enjoy a self-guided laid back tasting of 6x of our wines (50ml pours) perfect to accompany some snacks or a cheese board amongst friends. For larger groups (14+) the private tasting area can be booked and the tasting hosted by one of our team. Allow: 30-60 minutes. Minimum group size: 1 pax.

If you haven’t attended City Winery Brisbane’s signature wine and food masterclass, please come to our Edward Street site to enjoy an introductory class. Our winemaker or knowledgeable staff will offer you a self-guided introductory wine and food pairing experience. You will be able to learn about how food and wine work together and what styles of wines work with various types of food.

The experience includes 4 tasting snacks with 3 pairing wines.

You can purchase wine at the end of the tasting or join other programs.

Enjoy three of our Gerler wines paired perfectly to three cheeses. Our Winemaker or knowledgeable staff will explain why each cheese accompanies each wine.

This activity is perfect for 2-4 people.

You will work with the Winemaker or knowledgeable staff to blend up their own bottle of wine. You will learn about the various elements that goes into blending a bottle of wine, things like whole bunch, pressings and half-whole bunch and the art of getting the mix right.

You will get to bottle and seal your own unique blend, label it, have it signed by the winemaker!

A fun, yet informative session that combines wine tasting with wine making principles.

You can purchase wine at the end of the tasting or join other programs.

Allow 90-120 minutes.
