Cooper Creek

National Parks and Reserves

Found in the Daintree Rainforest, Cooper Creek is the meeting place of the regions two World Heritage sites – the Daintree Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef. Cooper Creek winds through the rainforest halfway between the Daintree River and Cape Tribulation creating the best place to witness the world’s oldest rainforest and the extraordinary biodiversity found in the region’s backyard, that has survived all the changes wrought by time.
