Aboriginal guides lead fully escorted half and full day tours exploring their country, the only place where two world heritage sites meet, the world heritage listed Daintree Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef and share the cultural connection the Kuku Yalanji people have with their land.
Learn about the environment, different bush foods and medicines. Sample some seasonal bush tucker while appreciating the history, culture and traditions of their Australian Aboriginal people.
In order to provide more personalised tours, they operate each tour with a minimum of two passengers and a maximum of 11 passengers.

Exploring the southern side of the Daintree river and Mossman area. Walkabout Cultural Adventures Aboriginal guides provide a guided walk through the southern section of the Daintree rainforest along the Mossman Gorge and local coastal habitats, including beaches and mangrove forests.
Gain an insight into how the Kuku Yalanji people see and use the natural environment, learn about different foods and medicines, sample seasonal bush tucker, and try traditional Aboriginal hunting practices. Learn the history, culture and traditions of the local Aboriginal people and the area. Walk through the rainforest and coastal habitats learning about the different environments, different foods and medicines utilised from nature, sample some seasonal bush tucker, collect shellfish and learn traditional Aboriginal hunting practices, have a go at spear throwing and if you are lucky, catch a mud crab. Tour also includes swim in a pristine freshwater stream.
Have a go at boomerang and spear throwing and if you are lucky, catch a mud crab.
