Island Arts Gallery

Galleries, Museums and Collections

The Island Arts Gallery is a welcoming and beautifully curated space showcasing hand-crafted and locally-made art including original fibre and mixed media artworks, photography, ceramics, jewellery and homewares. Local artists, Paula Boo, Amber Vicum and Julie Sisco manage the gallery and bring together specially selected works from other local artists. The principal artists work to support the local arts community with their vision:

‘To create an inspiring and welcoming space that connects local artists with the greater community to nurture an appreciation of and respect for the Arts.’

The Island Arts Gallery is a space for visitors to enjoy and purchase local art, and to participate in creative workshops, artist talks, demonstrations and exhibitions.

The Island Arts Gallery, located in Goompi (Dunwich), on Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island) is open every day (except Tuesdays). Come and experience this lively local arts space.
