Guided Sportfishing in the fish rich waters of the Burdekin with JC’s Guided Sportfishing.

Personalised guided service for small groups of up to three people providing the full service from accommodation at the rustic Burdekin Barra Lodge on the banks of the Burdekin Delta to chasing every fisherman’s dream. Inshore fish the one metre Saltwater Barramundi, with a high emphasis of fishing for the future. They promote catch and release of most fish other than saving one for a fresh meal at night at the lodge.

For the hard-core fisherman targeting that lifetime experience of catching and releasing that trophy one metre Saltwater Barramundi, The Burdekin District holds some of the best rivers and estuaries in Australia to take aim at holding one of these majestic wild fish.

The tour includes use of all high end fishing equipment rods, reels and lures. Lunch, snacks soft drink and water for the day is provided.

While on the water you will learn the ins and outs about the local wildlife and environment from the many waterbirds to the local saltwater crocodiles. This tour will leave you with a better understanding and appreciation for the environment in this beautiful and captivating part of North Queensland.
