Longreach cemetery is the resting place of hundreds of people, pioneers and characters who made their mark on the past. From aboriginal trackers to confederate soldiers, lost graves, victims of crime and heroes this burial place is now home to them all. Some of their stories are legendary, some infamous, and many forgotten. The Longreach Cemetery History Tour will reveal secrets of the Outback and amaze visitors and locals alike. Suitable for all ages. A great experience for groups, visitors and those who love history. Please contact the Longreach Visitor Information Centre for bookings.

A Self Guided Longreach Cemetery tour can be accessed all year round.
