Run Amuk Cruises

Cruises, Sailing and Water Tours

Join the crew onboard to help set the sails on one of their sailing cruises on offer from Sailing with Whales, Sunset charters to sailing the Gold Coast Broadwater or the Pacific Ocean. Try exploring South Stradbroke Island as you walk across the narrow island to the deserted but beautiful beaches and discover what the ocean has washed up.

Depending on your appetite for excitement you can sit back, relax or get on the helm, sail, fish and swim. Their goal is you walk away with life long memories after the day.

There’s plenty of room for twelve guests to lounge amongst the bean bags and cushions. The yacht features an extra-wide beam for its class which makes her one comfortable and stable vessel. The galley, saloon, bunks and head (toilet for sailor talk) are all below with a barbecue on the aft deck . For those who want to let their hair down and run amuk they supply ice and a cooler for your BYO drinks.

Run Amuk Cruises is a social enterprise of the veteran Maritime Warrior project operating SV Run Amuk, a commercially registered ocean-going 43-foot sailing yacht based on the Gold Coast Broadwater.

All profits of their tourism operation go to a project which runs wellness and up-skill programs for veterans and charities.
