The retreat will take place on a private property and nature reserve in the secluded forests north of Cairns, with access to a beautiful private beach. Accommodation is at Thala Beach Nature Reserve in exotic eco-bungalows surrounded by native forest with some vistas stretching out into the Coral Sea. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and prepare for the day of self-care, yoga and nurture.

In addition to the daily yoga and meditation, you will have an interactive and informative session with a local well-known Cairns naturopath as well as a painting class under the watchful eye of our arts & crafts teacher.
