Boat Club Adventure Cruises

Cruises, Sailing and Water Tours Half Day or Less Nature and wildlife

Boat Club Adventure Cruises provide Hervey Bay’s best value marine cruises. Children travel for free on most tours, a great community contribution that is typical of Boat Club venues.

The tours are conducted from the Club’s dedicated vessel the M.V. Amaroo. The Amaroo is a fast and stable 20-metre catamaran featuring comfortable facilities and carrying up-to 80 passengers. She boasts three spacious viewing decks meaning you are assured of an unobstructed, 360 degree view of all marine life allowing you to enjoy your day watching the whales, dolphins and picturesque Great Sandy Straits and Fraser Island scenery.

Their friendly and professional crew will provide personalised and safe service so you can sit back, relax and take in the breathtaking scenery of Fraser Island as you cruise into Platypus Bay in search of adventure. The experienced local Captain will provide informative commentary on the humpback whales, local area, Fraser Coast history and other marine life.

Adventure Cruises run tours year round including whale watching, Fraser Island getaways, sunset cruises and function charters. During the annual winter humpback whale migration their daily, half-day whale watching cruises are the best value way to watch these majestic mammals play and rest in Platypus Bay.
