French-born, Chef Charles-Etienne Prétet, Charly, has a wealth of experience in the kitchen and service, has been working in the industry for 16 years.
Charly is a Passionate chef, who owned a fine dining restaurant Cuistance next to the Louvres in the beautiful city of Paris. Awarded 1 Chef Hat by the Australian Good Food Guide in 2018-2019 and 2020, a prestigious honour for his style of cuisine that stands for the “Good and Simple Food”.
Their last two events have been sold out so please book early to avoid disappointment.
