Spring into season with good company and unperturbed ambience with live music and gourmet eats at Blooms and Tunes, 11 and 12 September, held in Brisbane’s inner-city tropical oasis, Roma Street Parkland.
From 1 pm – 5 pm each day, while the afternoon away on Celebration Lawn, under Brisbane’s enviable alfresco climate, and delight in the warming, energetic sounds of Cigany Weaver, Mzaza and Jess Spina Quintet on Saturday afternoon, while CC the Cat, Steele Syndicate and Birdman Randy and The Ivory St Preachers, take to the stage on Sunday.
Satiate cravings with a selection of food trucks on hand, serving up your sustenance staples, including hearty burgers and cooling gelato. The Parkland’s sun-filled grazing ground, The Garden Room Café, will also be offering specially curated picnic hampers, complete with a selection of charcuterie and farm-fresh foods. Alternatively, BYO spreads, picnics (and pooches) are welcome.
Guests are invited to wine and dine on the Parkland’s green, or simply raise a celebratory glass to 20 years of Roma Street Parkland, with the outdoor venue licensed from 10 am – 8 pm. Whether packed or purchased, drinks must be accompanied by a substantive meal and consumers must be over 18 years of age.
To ensure public safety, several COVID-Safe measures will be in place during Blooms and Tunes.
