Brazilian Carnaval

The colour, fun and Carnaval flavours of the Brazilian Carnival is taking over the NightQuarter streets!

Embrace the Summer vibes and party like you’re in Rio! Party on Vibes stage with a five-piece Brazilian band, samba dancers and Carnaval drummers! Brazzo Boys will be bringing the real taste of Brazil. Chefs Ibanez and Tiago bring with them over 20 years of barbecue expertise from Brazil.

Enjoy churrasco barbecue cooked with smoke from burning charcoal. The skewered meat is sealed by the heat from the charcoal and the slow roasting cooks the meat from the inside out. The meat is juicy, tender and mouth-watering. The caipirinhas and Bossa Nova cocktails will be flowing from the bars.
