Cooking class with light Italian lunch

Learn the secrets to making Michelle’s popular focaccia while enjoying lunch and a drink with new and old friends in Michelle’s private kitchen.

Your day will start with a welcome drink and introduction. You will then get down with your dough (it’s even more fun than playdough). While your dough is rising you have an hour to enjoy a light italian inspired shared lunch, made by mumma herself, then it’s time to add your favourite toppings to your focaccia.

Enjoy a little sweet treat, coffee or tea (or another sneaky glass of wine) while you cook your focaccia ready for you to package up and take home with you along with your focaccia recipe.

Duration approximately 3 hours.

Due to the small nature of our classes tickets are non refundable.

Minimum ticket numbers are 6 for class to go ahead. If you book and numbers do not reach 6 you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Classes are for 6 – 10 participants. If you require a private group booking we would be happy to arrange a date that suits you.
