Cooroy Mountain Spring Festival

This is the once-a-year opportunity to climb Cooroy Mountain with the first walkers able to start their climb at 6.30 am and the last leaving the base camp at 1.00 pm. Plenty of car parking on site for gold coin donation and $10 per person entry to the Festival – children aged under 12 are free. Closed walking shoes are required, and sunscreen and a backpack to carry water are recommended. Sorry, no dogs are allowed.

As usual, they will have food stalls, entertainment and an observation trail through the rainforest to make the day suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Helicopter rides to see the mountain, Lake MacDonald and Cooroy from the air will be provided by McDermott Aviation still only $60 each with all event proceeds to good causes.
