15 Apr 2021 to 18 Apr 2021 Annual Event
The Feast of the Senses is North Queensland premier tropical food event. Showcasing their amazing variety of exotic tropical fruits, produce, seafood, and meats is like no other festival in Australia and is truly a feast for all of your senses!
Tropical produce is the hero of the festival, and over the four-day program, visitors will be able to see, touch, taste, and smell the amazing fruit and food that comes from this vibrant region.
The program annually incorporates food events, farm trails, cooking competitions and culminates in a huge market day extravaganza showcasing all the local produce.
Market Day is held along the Johnstone River banks, showcasing Innisfail’s natural beauty and allowing attendees to view one of the best collections of art deco architecture in Australia and surrounded by rivers, reef and rainforest.
The Feast of the Senses is now the Guinness World Records Holder for the World’s Longest Banana Split recorded at 8040 metres. They know a thing or two about bananas.
