Through the practice of meditation we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time. If our mind is peaceful all the time, we will be happy all the time. So, if we really wish for ourself and others to be happy all the time we must learn to practise meditation.
At this workshop Kelsang Luma will explain how to meditate and how to integrate our practice of meditation into our daily life. Through doing this we can reduce our stress, experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind, and find many of our usual problems falling away.
