Maleny Wood Expo

The Maleny Wood Expo is a widely recognised regional environmental education and sustainability event held each year: promoting sustainable use of Australian native timbers and supporting local economic development. Established in 1996, the Expo was the brainchild of Queensland ranger and passionate Landcare Supporter Ashley Sewell.

You’re invited to join them for three days of fun at the beautiful Maleny Showgrounds in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. This family-friendly expo hosts a range of fun and immersive activities for all generations to enjoy.

View the amazing range of crafted timer products, and meet and talk to the craftsmen and women who’ve created them. There are hands-on woodworking workshops for the whole family.
