Market Bistro – Meet the Makers

Join them on this immersive foodie tour as they visit 3 amazing local producers of the region, before enjoying a custom 3 course lunch paired with drinks and featuring ingredients from the producers visited on the day.

Collaborating with the Market Wine Store team and the head chef at Market Bistro, they have created the ultimate food and drink experience that showcases the best local produce of the Sunshine Coast. Starting the morning from Market Bistro they head to Beachtree Distillery to sample some of their award-winning spirits and learn more about the story and the native ingredients they use in their products.

From here they head to Kilcoy Global Foods to visit their new innovation hub. Here guests learn more about local beef production and also the various cuts of meat that Market Bistro use throughout their menu.

The final stop before lunch is at Your Mates Brewery in Warana to visit owner and head brewer Christen McGarry. They take you on a tour behind the scenes to see how beer is made, sample their range of beers and learn more about why craft beer has become so popular.

Then it’s a short drive to Market Bistro where the team will guide you through a delicious 3 course lunch with matching drinks.
