New Year, New Moon – Sound Journey & Intention Setting

Are you ready to welcome in 2023 with love and intention? Harvest the power of the new moon and the infinite possibilities of a new year.

The new moon in each cycle is a time for new beginnings. As the moon begins its next cycle, it offers you a moment of reflection, to plant your intentions for what you would like to harvest in your life, and allow these seeds to grow as the light from the moon does too. The new year also beckons a time for planning and setting goals for the year to come, and can be a welcomed time to reflect on the year that was.

Join Courtney and Steve from Heart Resonance to welcome in the exciting and vibrant energy of a new year along side the new moon. We will start with a grounding meditation with essential oils. Then be guided through a workshop on setting healthy and heart felt intentions for 2023. We then share in a sound journey, with deeply relaxing sounds from crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and other healing instruments. Allow the power of sound healing to magnify your intentions and help your body receive deep rest and a moment of stillness.

After the sound immersion, enjoy a grounding tea, vegan sweet treat and group reflection (sharing is always optional).
