An exclusive starlit dinner atop HOTA Gallery awaits you.
Nestled at the top of the newest and boldest Gold Coast landmark, join us for a night of First Nations storytelling with ‘The Quandamooka Chef’, Kieron Anderson.
Chef Anderson will delight you in this evening bursting with stories, as he shares tales of the area and the culture, and shared histories. Delving into tastes, both old and new, feed your soul and your stomach with a night steeped in history.
The 7-course meal, embracing the exquisite locally sourced and foraged ingredients, takes you on a journey through the Ngarangwal language region to the north of the Djandewal and Gowar language regions. Paired with wines and cocktails to compliment every component of the menu, the evening is a testament to the excellence of our Executive Chef Dayan Hartill-Law, and The Exhibitionist Bar Manager, Tom Angel, as they work alongside Quandamooka Chef, Kieron Anderson.
This feast for your senses, is a collaboration between world-class culinary talent and takes inspiration from live music of the didgeridoo composing through the 7 courses, and First Nations art sitting proudly in the Gallery – one of Australia’s largest regional collections.
