Enjoy canapes and bubbles at Montville as you watch the sunset meld into the night sky. The delectable canapes will be created by Chef Alan Dawes for this occasion.
Following canapes, you will join us at the restaurant without walls to indulge in a four-course meal with paired wines prepared by Chef Alan Dawes.
Alan Dawes is a private chef who brings a depth of knowledge and skills gained through working with the best chefs in the UK, France and Australia. More recently he worked at The Long Apron restaurant as Sous Chef under Chris Hagan where he perfected the combination of traditional French cuisine and great Australian produce. He creates simple, elegant and delicious dishes that showcase sensational produce direct from the supplier.

When you purchase a ticket to this event, part of the profits will go to the Rotary Club of Woombye-Palmwoods to help the local Women’s Refuge.
