Celebrate Australia Day at Riversands Vineyards in St George with an eight-course extravaganza made from locally produced foods all seated on a long table dinner down the vines.
Beef, lamb, fish, emu, onions, garlic, carrots, blueberries, grapes, figs and of course a selection of Riversands’ finest wines will be just some of the regional produce on offer. Each course will have a different focus and wine pairing and will be presented by the respective suppliers.
The entree will start with emu omlette, Condabilla Cod, and sparkling wines. Can’t get more Aussie than that! Followed by saltbush lamb and Maranoa Beef with locally grown vegetables to follow matched with a selection of red wines. Lemon myrtle pannacotta and tropical fruit pavlova with golden liqueur muscat.
Activities and entertainment will be occurring throughout the evening including some signature Riversands grape stomping!
Jazz and blues band ‘When Sonny Getz Blue’ will be performing a range of tunes throughout the evening.
A courtesy bus will be running before and after the event, just ask for details.
AUD100 per head includes food, drinks, music, or AUD90/head for 10 or more bookings. Capped at 100 guests
