Be ready to devour a four-course meal, sip on a gin and beer per course, and enjoy on repeat throughout the evening! Thursdays are the new Fridays and we are definitely rolling with it!

Back in 2013 when it all began, three friends and their copper still, aka Wilma birthed the brand we know today – Four Pillars. By creating a signature flavour of using whole fresh citrus in every gin, they have quickly become the ‘World’s leading gin producer’ as awarded by the IWSC in London. With a passion for creativity and utilizing the local native botanicals, they will always keep you on your toes and gosh, we do love that shiraz gin!

Being proudly hand crafted, Stone & Wood uses only four ingredients – water, malt, hops and yeast. Proud to be local and independent with a common goal- to brew a good life for each other, the community and themselves, you know sipping on these beers will always be enjoyable!
