As the moon shadow follows Mount Beerwah, sit, relax, and enjoy the delicious dishes with amazing flavours produced by French-born, Hatted Chef Charles-Etienne Prétet (Chef Charly).
Charly is passionate and owned a fine dining restaurant Cuistance, next to the Louvres in beautiful Paris. After moving to Australia, Charly opened The French Pan Tree in Yamba. Charly’s new adventure is as The Gathering Chef on the Sunshine Coast.
Chef Charly gained a wealth of experience in the kitchen and service over 16 years. He has been awarded 1 Chef Hat by the Australian Good Food Guide, in 2018-2019 and 2020, a prestigious honour for his style of cuisine that stands for the “Good and Simple Food”.
