Noosa Heads Distillery’s 2000 Litre Copper Pot Reflux Still is a statement on its own. With a total weight of 3.75 tonnes, this behemoth still produces ‘Fortune’s’ fine spirits. It has diverse capabilities, with each column differentiating from its predecessor.

Each ‘Fortune’ spirits’ unique flavour profile is formed through our traditional distilling methods. our Gin is bathed and boiled much like a traditional London Dry, our Single Malt, pot to condenser keeping true to its roots. All hand bottled, hand labelled, a labour of love.
