Ipswich’s favourite neighbourhood pizzeria serving blistered, stretchy, chewy and charred, wood-fired pizza with their signature sourdough crust.
Years in the making, yet only minutes to devour, their pizzas are crafted from an aged sourdough starter created right here in Ipswich over a decade ago, and dough is rolled fresh daily, slow-fermented for up to 72 hours, then cooked in the wood-fired oven.
Complemented by house-made sauces, locally sourced ingredients where possible, and a crafted wine and cocktail list, they look forward to welcoming you to Ipswich’s favourite neighbourhood pizzeria.
