Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport, located at the Urangan end of Hervey Bay, is open daily from 6am and closes approximately half an hour after the last scheduled aircraft of the day. Commercial services operate between Hervey Bay and Brisbane, Sydney, K’gari (formerly Fraser Island) and Lady Elliot Island daily.

Facilities available for passenger comfort and assistance include public car parking, taxi and car rental, automatic teller machine facilities, baggage trolleys, Visitor Information Centre, accommodation and services guide, baby change facilities and parents room.

The Hervey Bay Airport Cafe offers first class coffee and a wide selection of ready to go foods such as sandwiches, hand baked biscuits and pastries, plus a licensed bar from 1,000 daily offering a range of premium and boutique beers, wine and spirits.
