Escape the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Our Bell Tents are a simple yet cozy solution for couples and small groups wanting to disconnect from their busy lives and reconnect with one another. Bell Tents boast water front views over Lake Cooby and are nestled on 50 acres of native bushland.

– Access to our camp kitchen in our historic Loveday Barn (BBQ, fridge, kettle, toaster, tea & coffee facilities, dining tables, board games, and lounge area)

Our Airconditioned Family Bunk Rooms are the perfect accommodation solution for families, reunions, private and corporate retreats, and weddings.

Airconditioned Bunkhouses Include:
– 18 bunkrooms available
– Sleeps 8 per room
– Configurations vary from rooms with 4 x Single Bunks, and rooms with 2 x Double Bunks and 1 x Single Bunks
– Linen packages available upon request
– Access to our shared shower & toilet facilities
– Access to the camp kitchen in our historic Loveday Barn – fridge, BBQ, kettle, toaster, tea & coffee facilities, board games, dining area, and lounge area

Reflections – Lake Cooby was originally owned by the Loveday Family as a working farm and was held in the family for many generations. The homestead has since been removed from the property, but the original barn (built over 100 years ago) still remains, and we have aptly named it the ‘Loveday Barn’. The Loveday Barn opens out on to our Bunya View Fire Pit. Nestled beside our Bunya pines, our Bunya View Fire Pit has waterfront views over Lake Cooby and includes a number of picnic tables, bench seats, and logs for cozying up around the fire. This combination of indoor and outdoor spaces makes our Loveday Barn and Bunya View Fire Pit the perfect location for your next family reunion, wedding, private or corporate event.

Our silk lined, chandelier lit Marquee offers 180 degree waterfront views and provides a front row seat to some of the best sunsets that the Darling Downs has to offer. Opening out onto our festoon lit lawn, the Marquee and Marquee Lawn are the perfect setting for your next wedding, private or corporate function.

Our Lakeside Marquee and Marquee lawn have the capacity to host 300 guests (standing) and 150 guests (seated). Both areas have full power access. Furniture hire and catering is avaiable upon request. Alternatively, you are welcome to furnish, style and cater (via a licenced caterer) yourself.

Our Function Centre includes dining room for 80, conference facilities (complete with all of your audio visual needs), shower & toilet amenities, sunroom, and veranda. With views over Lake Cooby, our Function Centre opens out on to our Function Centre Lawn. Connected to our Function Centre Lawn is our Gazebo and Fire Pit area which include picnic tables, bench seats, and logs – perfect for cozying up around the fire.
