Situated in a quiet area with off street parking, a large secure backyard with a lovely garden to relax in.
The pergola is equipped with a Weber Q and outdoor setting located near the kitchen for easy entertaining.

The home has three bedrooms, main bedroom with ensuite, all bedrooms have a comfortable queen size bed, built in robes and cupboards. Second bathroom with bath is located conveniently near the other bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided.

The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Accommodation on Clezy is well equipped with comfortable furniture, microwave, fridge and freezer, electric hotplates and oven, dishwasher and basic pantry items available for those
that want to cook.

The open plan dining and living room has split system, the home also has central heating for cooler nights, TV and DVD player.

Mount Gambier is situated in the Limestone Coast an easy 5 hour drive from Adelaide or Melbourne and has many areas to explore.
