The large front deck has superb ocean and hills views and has a covered roof and a four burner barbecue and an eight seat outdoor table for easy alfresco entertaining, there is also a new large rear deck with table and chairs and for entertaining on those hot summer afternoons while watching the kids and your pets having fun in the enclosed yard.

For winter there is a wood fire located upstairs, for summer there are fans located in all living areas and all bedrooms and a new split system air conditioner located in the upstairs living area and of course the beautiful sea breezes that flow through the house, so when all the windows are opened up you will rarely need to use the air conditioner.
