Cordes House

Cordes House at Bay of Shoals is a self-contained house just 2km from the main town of Kingscote and is a great starting point from which to tour the island’s many attractions.

You can enjoy fantastic views over the Bay of Shoals vineyards to the water, watch the pelicans greet the fishing boats returning to the boat ramp, or take a leisurely stroll around the foreshore to historic Reeves Point, South Australia’s first settlement.
Cook your own barbecue on the deck as you watch the light change over the vineyard and Busby Islet, relaxing with a glass of award-winning wine from the Bay of Shoals cellar door, just a cork’s throw down the path. This is how a holiday should be!

The house has three bedrooms and one bathroom including bath and seperate toilet. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, barbeque, tables, and chairs on the deck area, TV and DVD player, combustion fire, ceiling fans, laundry facilities and undercover parking.
