Discover the newest accommodation retreat in the Limestone Coast – after 4 years renovating, Green Point Cottage is now ready for guests and has been renovated and styled with a modern equestrian theme honouring its past lives as a sheep station and later, a racehorse stud. The cottage has a modern, bright and clean interior while the exterior has been spruced up but still retains its old world rustic charm.

Situated on a picturesque farm in Yahl it is only a 10 minute drive to Mount Gambier, you are able to take in views on the front verandah looking over paddocks and a 100 year old Oak Tree. The property is surrounded by Cypress windbreaks to offer some protection from the Southerly winds in Winter.

The cottage can sleep 7 people, there is a BBQ on the front verandah and a modern bathroom that shearers would envy! The cottage has 2 smart TV’s and free wifi. The entire space is yours to enjoy and while the original farm house is on the same property, the cottage is totally seperate, with it’s own fenced yard area.

With enough room to bring your boat, motorbike trailer or even your horse! Close to Port MacDonnell (for all of your rock lobster needs), Ewens Ponds, Piccaninnie Ponds conservation park, Penambol Conservation Park, Little Rippa Brewery and The Barn Steakhouse.
