Hardwicke Espy is a 4 bedroom 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to 12 guests with a short walk to the beach.
Upstairs:
Open plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, dining, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, living area with TV no DVD, balcony with outdoor setting, all bedrooms with a queen size bed and ceiling fans, bedroom 3 also has a single bed and bedroom 4 also has a Tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), bathroom with vanity, shower and w/c.
Downstairs: Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, dining, lounge area with 2 ceiling fans, TV/Blu Ray DVD, table tennis table, bathroom with vanity, shower, w/c and laundry sink, no washing machine.
Undercover outdoor entertaining area with 2 gas BBQ’s outdoor setting, fish cleaning facility.
Plenty of room for cars and boats.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
