The Homestead itself boasts 5 upstairs bedrooms (The Mincalta, John Angas, Stephen King, Kerry Packer & Frederick Scarfe suites) & 1 downstairs bedroom (The Ahrens suite) with disabled access. 2 rollaway beds can be set up in the larger suites for additional guests. Each bedroom has it’s own ensuite with luxurious amenities.

Downstairs in the homestead are the Fotheringham Library with books, magazines & board games for your enjoyment, the ambient Dining Room, the Lounge fully stocked with a selection of premium beverages, a downstairs toilet & commercial kitchen. Beyond downstairs is the historical Cellar & Executive Wine Cellar with a selection of back vintage and museum wines available for purchase.

Just nestled next to the historic Homestead sits our 7th suite, The Stonemasons Cottage. A quaint hideaway with its own private courtyard area, lounge room and spacious ensuite complete with a spa and double shower.

Set on the Easterly side of the Homestead is the opulent solar-heated swimming pool. Available for guest use 24/7.

Kingsford Homestead also offers a multitude of event spaces from an intimate dining experience in the beautifully renovated Shearing Shed, or a marquee under the stars.
