Pinkerton Hill is a large, country style house on the eastern edge of Naracoorte with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
It’s a self contained bed and breakfast, private for one guest group at a time, whether for one guest or eight, so you don’t share with anyone you don’t know. Tariffs are based on the number of guests and the number of nights; and include full breakfast provisions.
A huge open living area comprises a modern kitchen and adjoining family room, dining room and sitting room. There’s undercover parking for two vehicles, ample driveway parking and a sheltered back verandah which is ideal for a barbecue overlooking the back lawn.
The family room has a television and DVD player, as well as cable television; and the sitting room has a television and DVD player.
Main bathroom has a full size bath, shower and vanity; and the WC is in a separate adjoining room. There’s also a two-person spa bathroom with vanity; and an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. A third WC adjoins the laundry, which has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and wood burning combustion heaters.
