Statesman

Just a 10-minute walk to Wallaroo’s North Beach, Statesman is a self-contained holiday house ideal for 2 families travelling together.

Sleeping up to 10 people, Statesman has 4 bedrooms – queen, bunk & king single, trio bunk, queen. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen, or linen can be hired. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring all bedding to use.

The master queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower & toilet; with a bath & shower in the main bathroom, plus a separate toilet.

Guests will enjoy year-round comfort with ducted air-conditioning throughout.

There is plenty of seating in the lounge room, with a large television, DVD player and board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer on top; with a 2nd large fridge/freezer in the laundry.

Guests can enjoy the large secure rear yard, with an undercover outdoor entertaining area and hooded gas barbecue.

For those coming to fish, there is a fish cleaning sink in the backyard and off-street parking for a boat.

Secure garage parking for 1 vehicle and driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

Located 2 blocks from the beach, Statesman is an easy 10 minute walk to North Beach, or a short drive into Wallaroo’s main street.
