Built 2019 spacious, two-story contemporary townhouse located right in the middle of the golf course.

Featuring three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with a third washing closet, an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room as well as a kid’s hang-out area which can accommodate up to nine guests.

Upstairs you will find a spacious open-plan living with a well-appointed lounge, dining, and kitchen which has ample bench space, gas cooking, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee machine (guests must supply their own pods). There are floating floorboards throughout the open-plan living area, which opens out to the extensive balcony, which includes an undercover barbeque area to incorporate both indoor/outdoor entertaining.

The master bedroom is also located upstairs which comes complete with a queen-size bed and ensuite.

Downstairs you will find the second living area which is perfect for the children to enjoy their own space which comes complete with a TV, DVD player, and Xbox. Also located downstairs are the two other bedrooms comprising a queen size bed, two sets of bunks, and a trundle. A second bathroom and laundry can also be found downstairs.
