Ambleside Distillers Gin Blending Masterclass is an intimate small group Experience at the distillery. Choose from over 22 distilled botanicals to create your own unique Gin to take home. The experience starts with a Gin Tasting Flight and a talk from one of our Distillers about our production methods and botanicals.

Then, you will be creating and blending your own personal Gin, while our distillers guide you through and help you to create gin’s like no other. Participants will blend and take home 2 x 200ml bottles of Gin.

See ‘Doug’, our Australian made copper still and hear about the distillation process. Next you will be creating and blending your own personal Gins, while our distillers guide you to create gin’s like no other. Participants will receive 2 x 200ml bottles of Gin.

Cocktail Masterclass

$75

Head up the hill for a hands on Cocktail Masterclass at our award-winning Adelaide Hills Distillery.

Guided by one of our bartenders, you will mix, shake and pour 2 cocktails. Learn different styles and methods of making your cocktails as well as tips and tricks home from our highly skilled and knowledgeable bartenders. Think you’ve got what it takes to work behind the bar? Each booking will also receive a small shareboard of local cheeses and meats and 10% off any additional purchases on the day.

An intimate group setting with a maximum of 24 people.
