Baird Bay Ocean Eco Experience offers the opportunity to swim with both bottlenose dolphins and Australian Sea Lions on the one tour.
Wild and unique: one tour – two amazing experiences.
Family owned and operated since establishment in 1992, this makes for an incredible ocean adventure with the combination of two of the world’s most unique and much loved marine mammals in the one place. The call of the wild will literally echo around you as you are welcomed into a water world of pure magic by the very things that live in the sea.
Situated on the west coast of the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia and only a 15 minute boat ride to the interaction swim area.
Wetsuits, snorkels and masks provided. In-water assistance is available as required.
Suitable for all age groups during certain months of the swim season.
Please Note; this tour is not suitable for children 15 years and under during the months of September or October and again in April or May. Warmer more predictable weather months of November through to mid March are suitable for children under 15 weather permitting.

Swim with Australian Sea Lions and bottlenose dolphins. Animals are unfed, untrained and totally wild. This is one very special and remarkable experience.
Can you even imagine this place? Where two of nature’s most beautiful marine creatures can be seen and you can swim with both, all on the one tour! Only a 15 minute boat ride to swim area.

Baird Bay Ocean Eco Experience in operation since 1992.
Operates: 1 September to season closure on 31 May. Tours depart at 9:30am. Afternoon tours are implemented during peak season only. Swim tours are closed from 1st June, and throughout July and August. Swim tour season begins again from 1st September each year.
