If you want a short adventure , they have day walks throughout South Australia and 3 hour night walks in the Adelaide Hills. Also, fully accessible Forest Bathing and Nature Therapy By the Ocean sessions to help you relax. Longer multi-day walks range from overnight getaways to multi-week walking tours around Australia and to international destinations.
They’re committed to providing tours, travel and wellness experiences for everyone, and have a fully accessible office and tour bus that can comfortably carry 12 seated passengers and 2 manual wheelchair passengers.

Tour starts and ends in the Adelaide CBD. With pickup points en-route to Fleurieu Peninsula also possible.
Travel in a small group (max 11) in comfortable private transport to stunning Fleurieu Peninsula. Once there you will walk sections of dramatic coastal and bushland trails. Including the Heysen trail. Each night, staying in comfortable accommodation. As-well as enjoying tasty food and delicious 2 course dinners. Allowing time to relax, daily yoga and connect with yourself and other like-minded women.
This trip is perfect for beginners (able to walk up to 12km) and requires a basic level of fitness.
All meals and snacks are included plus yoga sessions are included each day.

This tour requires a good level of fitness. You will be walking up to 15km each day.

Take the time to share the challenge and fun, and help your Strong Daughter appreciate her strength, resilience and personal capability. These events are aimed for girls aged 9-14 and encourage outdoor skills and knowledge building.
Strong Daughters and their mums (grandmothers/aunties) will hike 12km over 2 days carrying belongings in a backpack, along undulating bush and forest trails. Activities include learning to build a simple shelter, erecting tents, camp cooking, wristband making, campfire skills, safe hiking techniques and more. A backup vehicle is on hand to carry heavy or excess items so only a comfortable weight is carried in the backpacks.
All adventures are lead by a peer mentor and an experienced female outdoor leader. All leaders carry a group first-aid kit, emergency communications device, emergency documentation and equipment.
We supply backpacks, 2 person tents, sleeping bags and liners, sleeping mats, cooking stoves and fuel, meals, snacks, drinks, and all materials for the activities.

The Heysen Trail is a long distance hiking route covering 1200km. It starts in Cape Jervis on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Then extends north to Parachilna Gorge in the Flinders Ranges. It passes through Ngarrindjeri, Kaurna, Peramangk, Ngadjuri, Nukunu, Banggarla and Adnamathyna Country.

Join our small group departures on weekends from April to October. Choose either a mixed group or a women only group to walk with.
For peace of mind, all walks are guided by our experienced female Leaders who are certified in remote area first aid and qualified in bush-walking leadership. Leaders carry a group first-aid kit, emergency communications device, emergency documentation and equipment.
