You can choose from a large range of group-guided and self-guided adventures. All allow you opportunities to connect deeper with nature and improve your well-being, fitness and confidence. If you want a short adventure, they have day walks throughout South Australia and three-hour night walks in the Adelaide Hills. Also, fully accessible Forest Bathing and Nature Therapy By the Ocean sessions to help you relax. Longer multi-day walks range from overnight getaways to multi-week walking tours around Australia and to international destinations.

They’re committed to providing tours, travel and wellness experiences for everyone, and have a fully accessible office and tour bus that can comfortably carry 12 seated passengers and two manual wheelchair passengers.

Find Yourself | Be Yourself | Challenge Yourself, in the Grampians and Gariwerd Country.

Tour starts and ends in the Adelaide CBD. With pickup points en-route to the Grampians also possible.

Travel in a small group (max 11) in comfortable private transport to the beautiful Grampians. Once there you will walk sections of spectacular bushland trails. Each night, staying in comfortable accommodation. As-well as enjoying tasty food and delicious 2 course dinners. Allowing time to relax and connect with yourself and other like-minded women.

This trip requires a good level of fitness. Also, we recommend you do some hilly walks (up to 12km) beforehand to maximise your enjoyment of the climbs and views. The terrain is a mixture of inclines, declines, rocky scrambling, steep sections and loose ground.

This is a fully supported and guided pack-free wellness adventure. Including private transport and transfers on and off the trail each day to nearby quiet accommodation.
