Adelaide is a hub for world-class health and medical research. The bio-medical precinct in the West End on North Terrace is a health and medical innovation district and includes the Royal Adelaide Hospital, the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), the UniSA Cancer Research Institute and the University of Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences building.
