We offer our customers the unique opportunity to experience Australia’s most iconic Maxi Yacht Brindabella. Since 1993 Brindabella has influenced the Australian sailing scene. Her extraordinary scale, unique and classic design together with an unrivalled racing history has given her a reputation as one of Australia’s most loved and admired yachts.
Famously known as The People’s Maxi, we are bringing Brinda’s to the people by transforming this historic piece of history from an elite racing yacht into an accessible sailing experience for the wider community.
While safely carrying up to 30 guests we will offer day sails in the waters around Adelaide – focussed on true sailing experience that will be both life-changing and unforgettable.

Experience the breathtaking beauty of Brindabella from a whole new perspective with our ultimate blue water sailing adventure. Whether you’re an experienced sailor or a first-timer, this is the perfect opportunity to set sail on an iconic Maxi-Yacht and explore the stunning South Australian coastline with friends or on your own.
Departing from the Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron, our six – hour cruise will take you out into the gulf where you can fully immerse yourself in the beauty of Brindabella. As you sail through the crystal-clear waters, you’ll be treated to a seafood inspired lunch and gourmet grazing platter making your experience all the more memorable. Our high quality South Australian wine and beverage options are available on our website so you can get an idea of the delicious treats that await you on board. And as the sun sets on the horizon, you’ll witness the stunning colours of the sky, making this an unforgettable experience. Drinks are available to purchase at our bar onboard the sail.

Whether there is two of you or 8, Brindabella is yours for two days and one night. Departing The RSAYS (or pre arranged location) we sail for 3-4 hours to Port Vincent where we tie up to our private mooring. Head to shore on our tender to wonder this beautiful town, explore the spit on our paddleboards or kayak around the Oyster leases. You may also like to just sit back and relax on deck and watch the world go by.
Enjoy a seafood inspired dinner, drinks on deck as you watch the sunset. Wake up onboard and watch the sunrise as you enjoy breakfast on deck before a mid morning departure for home.
What an amazing way to visit and experience the magical Yorke Peninsula, price is all inclusive of food and drink including lunch day 1, dinner day 1, breakfast day 2 and Lunch Day 2 plus snacks. Drinks include our standard wines, ciders, beers & softdrinks. Menu’s are built in consultation with guests prior to departure, we can accommodate any needs.

Arrive at the Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron where you will be greeted by the crew of Brindabella. Sailing south on the majestic Maxi yacht you will take in the sights of the Fleurieu Peninsula’s southern beaches while being served a light brunch and an aperitif or two. Arriving at picturesque Port Willunga by noon you will be transferred to shore via our tender vessel and then by luxury car transfer to the d’Arenberg Cube. Here you will enjoy a sumptuous 8 course degustation lunch paired with wines at d’Arry’s Verandah.
After a long lunch you will make your way to top floor of the d’Arenberg Cube where you will take in the stunning views and be given a private wine blending experience resulting in your very own blend to share with friends. Take in the Salvador Dali exhibition and rest of the d’Arenberg Cube experience before your private transfer takes you home again. Sailing south on the majestic Maxi yacht you will take in the sights of the Fleurieu Peninsula’s southern beaches while being served lunch . Arriving at picturesque Port Willunga you may choose to discover the beauty of the Encounter Marine Park at Port Willunga by paddle board, kayak or snorkel. You may also choose to relax on deck until sunset where you will be served a South Australian Seafood inspired dinner including South Australian crayfish, Spencer gulf prawns and more.
Waking up on board at this anchorage is dreamy, you will enjoy a light breakfast before heading to shore in our tender vessel to meet your transfer vehicle who will deliver you to the d’Arenberg Cube in McLaren Vale.
Here you will partake in unique wine blending experience where you will produce a bottle of wine to share with friends. Lunch, an 8 course degustation menu matched with wines will be served at the famous d’Arry’s verandah restaurant. After lunch you are free to explore the rest of what the Cube has to offer including the magic of the Salvador Dali exhibition prior to being picked up and returned to your accommodation.

Blanche Point is adjacent to Australia’s first official unclad beach, Maslins Beach and the beautiful Port Willunga and Star of Greece shipwreck. Get back to absolute nature and head to shore for an exhilarating skinny dip, use our kayaks, paddle boards to explore the local environment or you may also like to just sit back and relax on deck and watch the world go by.

What a perfect family holiday, getaway with friends or romantic getaway for two. Arriving at anchor mid afternoon you will have the chance to explore using our tender, paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling gear. Alternatively sit back and relax on deck enjoying our hospitality.
