Mintaro to Martindale Hall Short Walk

Natural Attractions

Starting at Torr Park in the centre of the historic township of Mintaro, traverse along Mill, Wakefield and Short streets and then follow the Lavender Federation Trail to the magnificent and historic Martindale Hall located within the Martindale Hall Conservation Park. This section of the Lavender Federation Trail includes quiet, grassy back roads that take you past the Martindale Stud and through private property to show off exceptional views of rolling hills and the surrounding countryside. After visiting the Hall, head back to Mintaro by following the same section of the Lavender Federation Trail and finish with a drink or a bite to eat at the local pub or one of the town’s restaurants or cellar doors.

If entering the Martindale Hall grounds, a donation for the upkeep of the facilities would be appreciated. There is a donation box at the garden gate. The hall and grounds have set opening hours. The gates will be closed outside of these, so please check ahead via the website. Entry to the grounds is free, there is a cost for entry into the Hall.
