Eldredge Vineyards – Wine Education with Leigh Eldredge

Your host Leigh Eldredge will take you through a short Wine Appreciation course. With 10 years experience as a TAFE lecturer, Leigh’s knowledge and passion for the Clare Valley and wine in general are evident. There is no such thing as a silly question – it’s like having a chat with an old mate.

The tasting begins with a demonstration of where the different flavour profiles are located on the palate. You will then taste a selection of Eldredge Wines and learn how to smell, taste and find the flavour profiles that were demonstrated earlier in the session. Take the opportunity to learn the history of the Clare Valley and understand why the region grows the varieties it does.

Whether you are a new or experienced wine drinker, you will discover this is the ultimate wine education opportunity, hosted by a leading winemaker, with a light-hearted and friendly atmosphere.

Limited to 12 guests per session.

Commencing at 11am sharp on the first Sunday of each month – February to November.

Bookings must be made by 4pm on the Saturday prior. Duration 1.5 hours
