Welcome to Fernfield Wines, an enchanting experience for your senses, tucked away in our little valley. Scott and Bec are the grape growers and winemakers, and our wines are a reflection of who we are and what we are passionate about.
We offer one-on-one tours of our operating winery so you can experience boutique winemaking and learn directly from the winemaker how wines are grown and made from start to finish. Guest can enjoy a guided tour of the vineyard and winery, or even ‘Play the Winemaker’ and blend your own wine in our winery, guided by our winemaker. Alternativelyyou can enjoy one of our special Perfect Pairing Chocolate & Wine experiences; artisan chocolate crafted onsite and finely tuned by the winemakers to specifically match the Fernfield range. You’ll find the long conched chocolate incredibly rich and velvety on its own and that it dances with the wine.
You can also complement your tour with a tasting of our full wine range in our beautiful 170yr old stone cottage cellar door. Here you’ll find a quiet spot to enjoy the serenity of our 70 acre estate, watch our local flora and fauna and drink genuinely boutique fine wines.

Learn how Fernfield’s boutique wines are made from start to finish on our estate; from hand picking to hand plunging in open top fermenters, basket pressing, barrel ageing and finally bottling.
You will visit the winery one-on-one with the winemaker, try wine from its early stages through to finely aged wine ready for the bottle and chat with the winemaker about winemaking techniques and secrets.

Come and have a play in the little world of Fernfield Winery.
You will taste a range of boutique wines from the barrel, while chatting about winemaking and blending principles with our winemaker. You’ll trial a few different blends of wines from our barrels, with help from the winemaker to design your perfect blend.
We will bottle and label your wine for you to take home and share.
Please note there is a minimum of 2 participants required for this experience

Artisan chocolate crafted onsite and finely tuned by the winemakers to match the Fernfield range. Our winemaker will take you through four of our Eden Valley wines with four chocolates made onsite by the winemakers themselves, specifically to pair with their wine. You will explore flavours and learn about wine and chocolate making and pairing principles. The experience is hosted in our 1856 stone cottage on our serene off-the-beaten-track 70 acre estate.
Includes: One hour experience, including four generous wine samples and four 15g chocolates each.
Requirements: Participants must be over the age of 18. This experience is approximately 1 standard drink over 1hr. Please consider safe alcohol consumption if you are visiting other wineries on the same day.

Make your own chocolate to pair with wine!
Our winemaker and chocolatier will guide you through experimenting with a range of our boutique red wines and a range of chocolate flavours to make your own Perfect Pairing. Each person will take home a block of your own chocolate along with it’s paired bottle of boutique wine, with an RRP of more than $80 per couple. Our winemaker will teach you about winemaking, chocolate making, and chocolate making and pairing principles.
Includes: 1.5hr exclusive experience for two people, and take home two bottles of wine & two blocks of your own Perfectly Paired chocolate.
Requirements: Participants must be over the age of 18. This experience is approximately 1.5 standard drinks over 1.5hr. Please consider safe alcohol consumption if you are visiting other wineries on the same day.
