Gardner Knives

Agri, Mining and Industry

Gardner Knives specialises in producing handmade, artisan kitchen knives and hunting knives.

All of the knifemaking action takes place in the studio at the JamFactory Seppeltsfield, located in the iconic Seppeltsfield Estate, Barossa Valley. For those keen to get close to the action, regular knifemaking workshops are held throughout the year. Participants can register for one to two full days in the studio, forging a knife for themselves. For further details please visit the website.

The studio is an hour’s drive from Adelaide, with parking onsite. Seppeltsfield Estate is also home to Seppeltsfield Wines, Vasse Virgin, Dragan Fine Art Gallery, Seppeltsfield Cooperage, Segway Sensation and the winery’s landscaped picnic gardens.

Food and drink are available from Fino Seppeltsfield and Octeine Coffee – opening hours are subject to seasonal variation.

If you would like to visit the studio to see the knifemakers live in action, please make contact in advance. Public access to the Studio can only be guaranteed with advance bookings.

Cheers!
